Peter Sandor brings a unique combination of financial, analytical and marketing skills to Amerivest.
Peter started his education at Carnegie Mellon University and subsequently transferred and received his business degree from New York University's School of Commerce. Peter also attended New York University's Graduate School of Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing.
Peter's initial experience and training was in public accounting, working for
Harris, Kerr, Forster & Company, at the time, one of the 20 largest CPA firms
in the nation. From there, he held a variety of corporate financial positions
in both large public multi-nationals and closely held businesses. Ultimately,
Peter rose to Executive Vice President of a large, regional commercial fastener
manufacturer, where he managed 200 people and was also responsible for the
company's marketing function.
In 1981, Peter struck out on his own and founded Sandor Marketing Group,
a marketing consulting firm and advertising agency. Over the next 20 years,
the firm grew to become a multi-award winning agency and a very successful
provider of high-end strategic marketing and creative services to clients
of all types and sizes.
Peter is a member of Amerivest's elite Mergers & Acquisitions Group and part of the firm's senior management team. |
