Chuck Spallitta founded Amerivest in 1983, and has been
its owner, president and broker until the recent acquisition of the firm
in 2001. Chuck remains with the new and expanded Amerivest as Vice President
and will continue to provide the benefits of his experience
and expertise.
Prior to founding Amerivest, Chuck had a distinguished career in engineering.
He was also a U.S. Air Force officer. Chuck was a licensed professional
engineer in 4 states, and managed the construction of monumental bridges,
skyscrapers and other major structures throughout the United States.

Chuck is a respected specialist, priding himself on his professionalism
and thoroughness in any business brokerage or commercial real estate
transaction. Chuck has held various leadership positions and has been awarded
honors in the Realtors Associations and in the Florida Business Brokers
Association, which has given him the designation CFBI, "Certified Florida
Business Intermediary".
Chuck desires to help Sellers and Buyers to the utmost and has a long
record of satisfied persons and business entities whom he has assisted
in achieving their desired objectives, whether buying or selling.
