Bob has 34 years of commercial and residential mortgage lending experience. He has spent a majority of his career as an independent mortgage broker. As founder and owner, Mr. Duquette has been serving as the chief executive officer of Adirondack Funding Services since its inception in July 1991. Bob also serves as a principal loan officer handling commercial, residential and construction mortgage loan transactions.

Bob graduated from the State University of New York at Canton in 1973 with a degree in Business Administration. During his college years, he served as a Student Senator and President of Alpha Theta Gamma Fraternity. During his career, Bob has attended numerous mortgage and real estate industry educational seminars and management courses including completing the county’s “Leadership Clinton” program and the Dale Carnegie Course in Effective Speaking and Human Relations.
Bob has served three terms as a member of the New York Association of Mortgage Brokers (NYAMB) Board of Directors and currently serves on the Education Committee. He is a certified education instructor for the New York faculty of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers. He also served as Region President of the Northeast New York Association of Mortgage Brokers (NENYAMB).
Mr. Duquette was a past member of the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Town of Peru Youth Commission, Town of Peru Planning Board and the Clinton County Youth Bureau Advisory Board. He also served as the Town of Peru Budget Officer and Deputy Supervisor. He has a long history of volunteering including more than 10 years as a youth baseball and hockey coach. His leadership abilities were also called upon by several area youth sports programs as an administrator. Bob's businesses proudly sponsor several local youth teams and organizations each year.
Bob and his wife, Cindy, live in the North Country region of New York State, where together they raised their four children, including two who are still attending college. These days they are spending any free time enjoying their three grandchildren.
