Mr. Smith is an effective business broker committed to providing professional services in a knowledgeable, ethical and timely fashion.  He attended the University of Northern Colorado, as well as Metropolitan State College of Denver, earning a BS in Business Marketing, with a minor in accounting.   

Currently, Mr. Smith is the President of a local mortgage brokerage business.  Mr. Smith also served as a Vice President for a leading correspondent lender in the South Florida area for a period of 4 years.  Additional experience includes the launching of new wireless service markets in Wisconsin and Illinois for Voice Stream Wireless.

Mr. Smith’s experience has resulted in expertise that allows him to effectively manage the communication between all parties, facilitating the negotiations and closing processes to complete any desired transaction.  This expertise includes sound knowledge of current laws and regulations effecting licenses, permits, financing and escrow.  This knowledge is always used to navigate the purchase process thereby significantly reducing the time to complete the transaction for the client.

Mr. Smith’s primary objective will always be to protect his client’s investment, by identifying the proper value of the business, finding the appropriate buyer, securing the best price possible,  protecting the confidentiality of the sale, conducting productive negotiations, ensuring the legality of the transactions and finally seeing that the transition to new ownership is seamless.
