David M. Jenkins joined Amerivest Business Brokers as a Senior Business Opportunities Specialist following a successful two years with another brokerage firm in the South Florida area.
Born in Seattle, Washington, David did his undergraduate work at the University of Puget Sound, eventually going on to complete two Master’s Degrees (MBA & MSW) at Boston College.
David’s outstanding twenty-five year career has prepared him for the business brokerage profession. He has worked in middle and senior management positions in four different industries: Finance (Bank of America and private mortgage broker); Telecommunications (US West/Qwest); Health Care (Public Systems in Colorado and Florida); and Hospitality (Vail Resorts). David has also managed a small private investment/property management company in the last nine years.
In addition to his academic credentials David has recently obtained the prestigious Mergers & Acquisition Master Intermediary title from the M&A Source along with his previously earned Certified Business Intermediary credentials from the International Business Brokers Association. He is also a member of the Business Brokers of Florida, the International Business Brokers Association, and the M&A Source.
David’s professionalism, knowledge and ethics put him at the top of his profession.
