Bob has over 30 years of business consulting experience where he successfully helped clients revitalize and increase the value of their businesses by expanding or developing extensive sales and distribution networks, rapidly growing by acquiring other businesses, developing and extending product lines, redirecting company focus into new markets and formulating long-range strategic growth plans. Some of these projects involved locating, negotiating and implementing joint ventures that introduced new technologies and products into the U.S. from overseas and Canada and vice versa. Most recently he has been active facilitating the sale of several large businesses. Industries where he has been active include metal fabricating/processing, medical devices, defense, farm equipment, food distribution, apparel, financial services and power generation. His clients range from local firms to global concerns such as Deere & Company, Thyssen-Krupp, Gillette and Staples.
